Fruit Pizza recipes

 

  • 1 package pre-made sugar cookie dough (cold)
  • 8 oz package cream cheese (cold)
  • 5 /Tablespoons unsaltedbutter (rom temperature)
  • 1.2 cupu super fine orpowdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Assorted fruit, such as: peaches, pears, plums, apricots, kiwis, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, nectarines, pometranates or grapes.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. For individual sized pizzas cut the dough into 6 equal pieces
    • Roll each piece into a ball and flatten onto a cookie sheet. Leave at least 2 inches between each piece because they will spread
    • Bake for 12 to 14 minutes
    For one big pizza, roll the dough out in one piece on the cookie sheet
    • Bake for 14 to 18 minutes
    • When the cookies are done, remove from oven and let cool until cool to the touch
    • Apply frosting
  3. Into a food processor or mixer add the cold cream cheese, soft butter, sifted sugar and salt
  4. Run mixer until all the ingredients are mixed together with a smooth consistency. Don't mix too long or the cream cheese will start to separate and turn grainy.
  5. Put the frosting into the refrigerator until you are ready to use it
  6. Choose 3 to 6 different types of fruit to put on your pizza
  7. Cut the fruit into small slices
  8. Spread the frosting onto the cool cookies
  9. Place the fruit on top of the frosting
