- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup green olives, chopped
- 1 (2.25 oz) can chopped black olives
- 2/3 cup onion, chopped
- 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- Salsa for dipping
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, olives and onions
- Spread this mixture in a thin layer onto tortillas
- Roll tortillas and chill until firm
- Slice chilled roll-ups into 1 inch medallions
- Serve with salsa for dipping
