Especially useful on tougher cuts of meat.
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Marinate meat in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 before grilling. A glass bowl or sealable plastic bag is excellent for this.
Always save a little the marinade to baste the meat while grilling.
