Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix (Copycat)

1/3 Cup vegetable flakes
1 Tablespoon cracked wheat
1 Tablespoon spaghetti broken up into small pieces
1/4 Teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 Teaspoon dried sweet basil
Pinch garlic powder
Pinch onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

To make the vegetable flakes combine equal amounts of broccoli, carrots, celery, onion, peas and zucchini in a blender and blend to flake size.

To make soup add all ingredients to 2 cups of boiled water.
Let steep for a few minutes.

You can substitute soup stock for water if you wish.

Easy Sloppy Joe Pot Pie (Copycat)

1 Lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 can (15 1/2 ounces) original sloppy joe sauce
1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1 Cup Original Bisquick® mix
1/2 Cup milk
1 egg

Heat oven to 400F.
Cook beef and onion in ovenproof 10-inch skillet until brown.
Drain.
Stir in sloppy joe sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
Pour over beef mixture.
Bake in preheated 400F oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Shogun Japanese Steakhouse Ginger Salad Dressing (Copycat)

1/2 Cup minced onion
1/2 Cup peanut oil
1/3 Cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons minced ginger
2 Tablespoons minced celery
2 Tablespoons ketchup
4 Teaspoons soy sauce
2 Teaspoons sugar
2 Teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Mince onion.
Mince ginger.
Mince celery.
Mince garlic.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ginger is well-pureed.
This will make a little less than 2 Cups.

Krispy Kream Original Handmade Doughnuts (Copycat)

Doughnuts:
2 Cups scalded milk
1/2 Cup butter
2/3 Cup sugar divided
1 Teaspoon salt
2tbsp yeast
4 eggs beaten
1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
7cups sifted flour divided

Glaze:
3 Cups powdered sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2tsp vanilla
1/2 Cup cold water

Mix glaze
Melt butter in hot milk, add 1tsp sugar and salt. allow to cool
Beat in yeast, nutmeg, eggs, remaining sugar, & 3 Cups flour.
Add rest of flour(dough will be sticky)
Knead for five minutes then allow to rise for 1-1 1/2 hours
Roll out dough cut into shapes(roll thin will rise alot when frying)
Do not reroll dough, then allow to rise 30-45 min.
Heat oil to 365 & fry 1-2 min. on each side or until brown. Do doughnut holes 1st, let those cook, then proceed to doughnuts
Cool on paper towel to help glaze stick
Dip in glaze

Kahlua Mousse (Copycat)

2 Oz. Kahlua
1/2 Cup of sugar
1 Tablespoon fine instant coffee
2 Tablespoons ground Ghirardelli chocolate
2 Cups of whipping cream

Place a bowl and your beater in the refrigerator for an hour.
Whip all ingredients until stiff in this chilled bowl.
Spoon into any dessert glass or bowl.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

KFC Honey Barbecued Wings (Copycat)

20 Chicken Wings with tips removed
2 Cups flour
2 eggs
2/3 Cup milk
1 Bottle KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce
1/4 Cup honey
Vegetable Oil for frying

If using whole wings, cut off tips.
Cut each wing into two pieces.
Mix eggs and milk in a suitable bowl.
Mix BBQ sauce and honey in another suitable bowl.

Put the flour into a paper bag.
Add wings and shake to coat.
Remove wings from bag and slosh through the egg mixture.
Return to bag and shake again.
Repeat this two more times to get a nice thick coating.
Heat oil in a large skillet, till about 350F.
Fry wings till golden brown.
Remove from oil onto paper towels.
Preheat oven to 325F.
Dip each wing in the BBQ sauce.
Place each wing on a greased baking dish or cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 or 20 minutes.

Golden Corral’s Seafood Salad (Copycat)

1 lb. imitation crab meat
1 Cup celery
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup green onions
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs

Shred crab meat.
Dice celery
Slice up green onions.
Chop eggs.
Mix all ingredients in a suitable bowl.
Chill.

Hard Rock Cafe Cole Slaw (Copycat)

1/3 cups mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 Tablespoons plus 2 Teaspoons granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
dash salt
8 cups chopped cabbage (1 head)
1/2 Cup shredded carrot

Place everything except the cabbage and carrots into a large bowl.
Blend until smooth, an electric blender can be used, or this can be done by hand.
Add cabbage and carrots.
Mix all well.
Chill.

Kahlua Cafe Don Juan (Copycat)

Brown sugar
Medium size wedge of lemon
1/2 Oz. dark Rum
1 Oz. Kahlua
Hot coffee
Heavy cream
Shredded chocolate

Place brown sugar in a small dish big enough the fit the top of a large heat tolerant goblet.
Squeeze or cut the lemon wedge so that it’s juices will run out.
Wipe the wedge around the lip of a large goblet.
Dip, upside down in the brown sugar.
Add the run and set fire to it.
Swirl rum around goblet.
Add Kahlua.
Fill with hot coffee.
Over the back of a spoon, slowly add cream.
Sprinkle shredded chocolate on top.

Chile Relleno

7 oz. can seeded green chilies
1 lb. cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
3 Cup milk
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Cup Bisquick

If by chance you use fresh chilies, be sure to seed them.

Layer chilies onto the bottom of a 2 quart baking pan.
Add grated cheese.
Mix the eggs, milk, salt and Bisquick together.
Pour this over the the top.
Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.
